Then, players select a combination of positive and negative characteristics. BaG characteristics represent characters training, habits, history, and personality and add both role-playing flavor and skill bonuses or penalties. By simply assigning skill points and picking characteristics, players have complete control over their characters archetype and playstyle.Players roll a single ten-sided dice and compare the result with their skill level to determine success or failure. If the result is greater than their skill level, the task was beyond their ability and their attempt fails.
