    Born and raised on a quarter horse farm in Montana, Alexs plan for the future was college and eventually running the family ranch. As word gets out about the animal rescues and all the fun-filled activities, it is not long before the community of Kalispell takes notice. With the assistance of some amazing volunteers, Homestead Sanctuary becomes a place of healing for both the animals and the people of Montana.Realizing the complexity of the world we live in, Homestead Sanctuary is a heartwarming adventure that opens the door for conversations regarding animal abandonment and abuse, as well as human issues such as a disability, autism, suicide, and PTSD.
