    Intimate Revelations ~ Love Letters from God began as flow of consciousness writing prescribed by Julia Cameron in her inspiring book The Artist’s Way, a book I was working with in an effort to open myself to the full potential of that inspirational flow I knew was available to me, and desired to come forth through my painting and writing.Early on those pages were filled with the fear, wars and rumors of war that were raging within me, which I was staging for my own perverse viewing pleasure—or so it would seem for the length of time I continued engaging them. But as I look back now, I see that these love letters were coming into being from the start. The early pages were stepping-stones to help me reach the place where I would be able to receive and accept the incredible teachings and truths that were to come.Christ came and laid down His life to become the conduit through whom we may freely, without fear or shame, enter into the most incredibly intimate relationship with God. He came, not to establish religion, but to show us the Way to be in intimate relationship with our Creator/Father, as He created us to be. We can never attain that state of intimate relationship with God through works or adherence to law (whereby we could boast and claim some part in it), but only through the free gift of salvation, given wholly (in holiness) by God, through Christ, to anyone who accepts and believes in faith. God desires that intimate relationship with all of us.
