    Born in Cuba, Francisco Fernandez comes to America at the age of three. Were introduced to Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Durante and Nat King Cole at the Copacabana, the famous Manhattan nightclub where his mother is head wardrobe mistress. We become part of a wondrous magical place in Brooklyn inhabited by a memorable cast of characters of the fifties. And we absorb the warm memories that changed a boys life - the smothering hugs and kisses, dancing the Rhumba, and eating lots of black beans and lox and bagels. Enjoy!!
