We thought it important during this time of great idealism, while adolescent girls are actively searching for meaning, that we keep the safety net up and respect their uniqueness and encourage their growth into productive adults. NUSW is one of those netsWe want the proceeds of our book to help us open a home to aid girls in transition—girls whose upbringing may have lacked opportunity for growth and/or family support.
