These methods are what I used whilst raising mine and my husbands four children, who are now all happy, loving, well-adjusted, respectful, independent adults. Positive Parents’ Guide is a practical and often instinctive set of tools; enabling you to learn what is necessary to have a happy beginning and workable future with your new baby. Throughout this book, you will read about my own experience in the early days of being a mum and by following the guidelines suggested, you will not only help your baby grow into a loving, happy child but, you will learn to be all you can be as a person at the same time. Each chapter has a Call To Action sheet designed to prioritize and streamline aspects of your life to help you focus on how to get the best out of each situation as it arises, together with stories of my beginning as a new mum. I advise on the importance of establishing a sleeping routine, as well as suggestions on settling your baby through creating a night-time ritual, enabling everyone to get a better night sleep.
