This is upshot of my 12 months lab analysis, portraying the distribution of available Copper in the soils in Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, India. Where 1724 geo-referenced soil samples were collected manually from 431 agricultural villages, dried, processed and analyzed using the atomic absorption spectrophotometer. A precedent is being broken by integrating the results of soil analysis with the recent advancement in GIS techniques i.e. Global Positioning System. By this integration, Thematic map with site specific nutrient status is obtained moreover reassessment is highly possible. A detailed flow chart like procedures and results with the thematic maps are given. This book also contains enough review of literatures.
