This is a story of a young girl who was afraid of robins. As years went on, this never changed. When robins would see her, they always swooped down at her. This young girl grew up and become a mommy, but she still had problems with these robins. She helped her two boys get over the fear of swooping birds by the help of a cat named Mittens. She protected those boys as they grew and played outside. The birds stayed away when Mittens was on guard. Finally, after all those years and now being a grandma, she finally was able to communicate and become friends with robins. A happy story of overcoming a fear.
