This chapter in my life was challenging but self-healing. Writing and painting was mental therapy – waking at midnight to paint Red Boat or dancing in the night in the city with friends, echoed by mornings of anxious nervousness waiting to see the psychiatrist and facing the confronting reality of Living Bipolar. Being left behind by an Old Friend and reconstructing life once more was a feat in itself.Just like an abstract painting there is no easy answer.My life has been lived and this is my journey in awareness and contemplation.
