Your deep breathing exerciseOne or the other should get you into a state of calm quickly, but doing both doubles the chance youll be able to ground yourself.When you do, acknowledge the thoughts you had, and describe how you felt in one word. Use a thesaurus to find a mellower word to describe that feeling. Write it down.
