Recording your thoughts here can help deepen your practice.Poses Practiced - Writing down some or all the poses you practiced will help you see your progress.Fields of Intensity - A silhouette of the human body where you can circle or draw where you felt most intensely worked out.Additional Notes - A blank space to write your thoughts, affirmations, gratitude, etc.
